I went shopping and I bought...

Hello!

Yay! It was such a nice sunny afternoon that I managed to drag my weary bod from the desk to go and get some things from my shopping list...

I went to Superdrug and here's what I picked up:

In Superdrug, as a student, I get 10% off with my NUS card yay!!!

I was disappointed not to have been able to find the Simple sun kissed moisturiser that I wanted to try, I see it's available online, so I will have to hunt it down in a larger store...

Rimmel have two offers on at the moment for their newest items,

Match Perfection foundation in 100 Ivory £4.99
... I have not worn a Rimmel foundation in years, but when I tried the tester of this it felt nice and looked like a good colour...I also looked at the 'wake me up' which was calling to my inner knackered self, but there wasn't a tester for the same shade 100 Ivory, and it looked like a completely different colour in the bottle when I compared it to the Match Perfection one.
In the end I went for the one on offer! Fingers crossed...

Hang on  a minute, I didn't have mascara on my shopping list!!! This was an impulse buy because the lady on the counter asked me if I was interested in buying a new mascara today, they were right by the counter, so it was too easy. If the truth be known I generally like Rimmel mascaras, especially the Glam eyes range, this too has a rubber brush...

I am looking forward to reviewing this one...

MUA Pro-Base fixing Mist £5.00

I have no idea what this is like but I know that if it is anything like urban decay all nighter, then I will be a very happy bunny. Another naughty impulse buy!!!

MUA blusher  Blush perfection Cream Blusher in 'bittersweet'- £1.00
MUA Lipstick in #4- £1.00
The blusher is to wear over my new liquid foundation, and the lippy, although not massively bright or pigmented ( I tested in the shop) will be nice over lipliner or on it's own.
There are lots of vibrant spring lipsticks out there and I was intending to get something really loud, but chickened out at the last minute!!!

So all in all not bad for a Monday afternoon, I will have to get to a bigger Superdrug and Boots for the other items on my shopping list.
